I am a great photographer but i love to take pictures. I am trying hard to capture the beauty of a certain object or thing. Take a look at the picture below, what can you say? Well, there are many blueberries last month we even have some this time but they are getting closer to an end meaning there are only few blueberries left...

Doctors’s Style

Some doctors really look good in their doctor uniform. Some of those who have been in the service for a long time wear nice clothes underneath and then they just wear their standard issue white lab coat over it. When their duty has ended, they can easily take off the lab coat and go out. This is especially true if they are not involved in surgery because if they are, then they will have to wear a different outfit for that and then take a bath before they could go out.

Thankfully, there are now many choices for those doctors’ uniform, especially for men. At the http://www.blueskyscrubs.com/categories/Scrubs/Scrubs-for-Men, male doctors and nurses have a wide array of choices for their scrubs. Now they can really be fashionable and still efficient at work. That will also make them feel good about themselves because they look good, too.

Doctors and nurses are the people that sick patients interact with the most. If they look bad, needless to say, they will just add to the misery of the clients. But if they look good and they pleasantly greet their patients, for sure the sick will feel a big better, even just psychologically. It is just funny the way things work in a hospital setting.

Postcard From Ukraine

I received this postcard through postcard crossing. The picture in that postcard is the mountain of Demerj, Ukraine. Ukraine is a country in Eastern Europe.

Ukraine is a unitary state composed of 24 oblasts (provinces), one autonomous republic (Crimea), and two cities with special status: Kiev, its capital and largest city, and Sevastopol, which houses the Russian Black Sea Fleet under a leasing agreement. Ukraine is a republic under a semi-presidential system with separate legislative, executive, and judicial branches. Since the dissolution of the Soviet Union, Ukraine continues to maintain the second largest military in Europe, after that of Russia. The country is home to 46 million people, 77.8 percent of whom are ethnic Ukrainians, with sizable minorities of Russians (17%), Belarusians and Romanians. The Ukrainian language is the official language in Ukraine. Russian is also widely spoken. The dominant religion in the country is Eastern Orthodox Christianity, which has heavily influenced Ukrainian architecture, literature and music. (Source: Wikipedia)

Our green video game room

Guest post written by Zach Robbins

We're big gamers in our household. My wife even loves to play video games and I think that's probably what we spent most of our dates doing together when we were in college. So I'm relieved that our kids already love video games. I don't think I would know what to do if they loved sports and hated video games. But our designated gaming room is looking a little shabby lately and we decided to give it a makeover. I thought this would also be a good time to make our home a little green by finding some green materials to use in the makeover.

I went online to find some inspiration for that and I came across a site with energy savings plans. We go through quite a bit of energy with all the game playing that we do, so it would be beneficial to save a bit on energy. But that also helps the environment too, so I thought that was a great extra from the makeover process.

I also found the perfect gaming chairs that have good support but sit low on the floor. They're actually made out of recycled materials, which really help. This is one green room weÕll definitely get a lot of use from.

Habol

Today i want to share the picture of Nathan with his blue HABOL in which it was given by one of my friends. Habol is a cebuano term of blanket and in tagalog is kumot. In the Philippines you can learn many dialects such as cebuano or bisaya, tagalog, Ilonggo, Ilocano, chabakano, and many more dialects. I only know few of them so if you want to visit Philippines try to learn tagalog as our national dialect...

Mimosa Pudica Plants

I want to share the picture below that they call it makahiya plants in the Philippines and mimosa pudica in English term. This plant is fun to touch specially it will curl the leaves if you touch it. There are so many like that in our place i guess all over Philippines you can find this plants everywhere. If you can travel to Philippines try to look for this plant and touch it.

According to Mr Wiki the medicinal use of this plant is this:

Its extract immobilizes the filariform larvae of Strongyloides stercoralis in less than one hour. In contemporary medicine, Mimosa pudica is being investigated for its potential to yield novel chemotherapeutic compounds. It contains an alkaloid called mimosine, which has been found to have potent antiproliferative and apoptotic effects.
Aqueous extracts of the roots of the plant have shown significant neutralizing effects in the lethality of the venom of the monocled cobra (Naja Kaouthia). It appears to inhibit the myotoxicity and enzyme activity of cobra venom.
